For one-time purchases (if applicable), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product or service has not been used or if there is a technical defect that prevents you from using the service as intended.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@agvion.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we believe there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Agvion to a counterclaim.
